What's a tier 3 service?
Put simply, these are services that go beyond three months in duration.
These engagements are connected to the overall employee experience and people transformation strategy and are outcomes and measures-driven. For example, an end-to-end ex engagement from strategy right through to full employee journey redesign.

What are the services?
Our longer-term engagements are completely bespoke. Whilst we leverage our short-term and on-demand frameworks, these engagements are designed specifically for you and your organisations needs. ​

Some recent examples include E2E HR technology implementation (ServiceNow and SuccessFactors) performance experience transformation and hybrid experience design. These programmes of work last between 9-12 months.

Our long-term engagements are priced based on scope and subsequent resource requirements. We'll discuss your requirements before sending a proposal of services for your approval. Once you're happy, we can get started and manage the invoicing and contracting in parallel.
