Sasha, EX Lead

an employee experience designer..

..passionate about creating amazing employee experiences. We’re a diverse team of experience enthusiasts, design geeks and HR experts spread across APAC. We’re HQ’d in Singapore but we’re known for supporting our clients remotely across the region, wherever they’re based.

After several years in HR leadership positions and client-facing consulting roles in EMEA and APAC, our founder Sasha launched wrkflow to pursue her passion; employee experience transformation.

Sasha brings a wealth of experience to wrkflow as both a functional HR leader and management consultant. Her passion lies in the application of design thinking to create more engaged and effective organisations, enabled by transformative HR and EX strategies and technology. Most recently, Sasha led the Powered HR transformation and ServiceNow alliance for KPMG in ASPAC. Prior to moving to Singapore, Sasha worked on a variety of complex HR transformation programmes in the public sector following HR leadership positions with the likes of Samsung Electronics and ServiceNow.

Since launching wrkflow, Sasha has worked with large organizations including Mars, Deutsche Telekom, Gojek, ServiceNow, Kuehne+Nagel and more to transform the employee experience.
